Refund and Return Policy

Our policy lasts 7 days. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with a refund or exchange if 7 days have passed since your purchase.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it in order to be eligible for a return. Furthermore, it needs to be in its original packing.

There are some products that cannot be returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. Additionally, we do not accept dangerous, intimate, sanitary, or products containing flammable liquids or gases. Other non-refundable products:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

We need a receipt or another form of evidence of purchase in order to process your return.

Please don’t return your purchase to the merchant.

There are some circumstances in which only partial refunds are allowed: (If appropriate)

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item that isn’t whole or has missing pieces is damaged for causes other than our mistake.
  • Any product returned beyond the 7-day delivery window.


To let you know that we have received and reviewed your returned item, we will email you to let you know. Additionally, we’ll inform you if your refund request has been granted or declined.

Within a predetermined number of days of receiving your approval, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be credited to your credit card or original mode of payment.

Late or missing refunds

Check your bank account once more first if you haven’t already gotten a return.

Contact your credit card company next, as it can take some time for the refund to show up on your account.

Next, contact your bank. Before a refund is posted, there is frequently a processing period.

Sale items

Regrettably, only things with standard prices may be returned; those on sale are ineligible.

You will be given a gift credit for the amount of your return if the product was labeled as a gift when purchased and mailed to you directly. After receiving the returned item, you will get a gift certificate in the mail.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when it was purchased or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the gift giver a refund and let him know about your return.

Shipping returns

Send your product to KJ-9 N.R Masjid Kabeer Colony Aligarh, U.P. PIN 202001. if you want to exchange it for another one.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your purchases. Shipping fees are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping cost will be deducted from it.

Depending on where you live, the replacement item can take some time to reach you.

Use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance if the item being transported costs more than ₹10000. It is not a commitment when we say we’ll get your returned goods.
